Yeah, I was thinking laser-simulation type ammunition as well, as it's easier than anything else. 
As for the rockets, I'd say they'd probably be relatively effective against structures, especially roughly made ones, or light ones, and if they're designed for use against fortifications, I would say they'd probably pack the right kind of punch to demolish them fairly effectively with a few hits in the right places.
