By New Legion, to you mean the army or the civilization? I am confused?

Can she act, as a mere agent? Or is she likely just caught in the cross-hair? Having gone into New Vegas simply for supplies and then returning back, was caught in the middle of it.

Or could she be NCR, and then later defect to the Legion?
