The more she concentrated, the more aware she became of her roommate, hearing her brush up against things and so forth. She couldn't see her however, no matter how much she focused her eyes, and attempted to see past reality. It wasn't her deviance, and she had no formal training in witchcraft. There was no shame in it, essentially. "I imagine it's possible for you to appear eventually," October mused, glancing as her roommate appeared to return to her body, smiling widely at her. She was enchanted by madness and insanity, by the impossible becoming a reality. Among those like her, October instantly became more comfortable and more open, though she still had her secrets. She still had her darkness, hidden behind the brightness of her flame. October snickered a bit. "Your sister, then, she's normal, I presume," she observed. "Spirits are much easier to view, in my experience. They go a bit batty after existing on this plane longer than would be advised..." Her voice trailed off slightly. Her parents' spirits had gone vengeful a few months or so ago, and were quickly taken care of by a hunter. It was a bit of a touchy subject. "It's nearly the witching hour," October replied, glancing outside the window. "Quarter till, I'd imagine."
