Appearance: She stand at a even five foot 4. She normally has a soft brown hair with brown eyes however due to her sacred gear it can be anything she wishes it to be. Beyond that she of a slight build with nothing really outstanding about her standard appearance. Though she has been “gifted” in terms of body type due to how she can change her looks at will it’s hard to tell at times. 

Skills: Elizabeth has a near unnatural skill in acting allowing her to play any role with near perfection. Beyond that she is skill in Aikido and gymnastics granting her a large degree of flexibility. She is also a talented fencer though that is something brought more out her bloodline than anything else. 

Sacred Gear: Trickster’s Mask - A sacred gear that allows the person to transform into any living creature and or create a new appearance. It normally takes the form of a jester’s mask but can change its shape to fit its user. In elizabeth’s hands it takes the form of a makeup box. It can change the person’s appearance, senses, and voice. However that is the limit of its capabilities but in the hands of Elizabeth it becomes the greatest tool for her heists.

Personality: Elizabeth is a overly cautious person bordering paranoia. She often refuses to stay in one place too long due to her the supernatural attention she garners. However beyond this she has two masks if you will a public persona and her actual self. To the public barring supernatural she is a kind person willing to help others with a strong sense of morales. However in actuality she is a mistrusting person often refusing aid others in fear or paranoia. Despite that she is determined she does her job as the next “Arsene” with a smile on her face giving herself a freedom not many would know. Though one thing in common between both persona’s is the matter of their morales refusing to do anything that goes against them no matter if it gets her into trouble or not. 

History: Rin Takami or her actual name of Elizabeth Lupin is a descendant of Arsene Lupin the great phantom thief. She is the source behind the recent string of high scale robberies that has been happening in town stealing the items that has super natural origin away from normal hands. That and taking paintings and the like from less caring owners to someone who would appreciate it more. Her skills as a thief is so well known as is her ancestor that she has been contacted by both devils and fallen angels for her skills to try and gain her services and skills. However She follows a set of morals she sticks to no matter what and doesn’t betray them. In her “civilian” persona she is a well off student that excels in her estoeric knowledge and physical fitness. She is sought after by all sides of the supernatural some using dirty methods to try and get her under their control or outright kill her due to her sacred gear. This makes her overly cautious of anything related to the supernatural. As such using her sacred gear she often changes her look and when she moves to a new town.

Name: Ixveria(Ixy) Ingvalt

Appearance: Short with bright pinkish hair and blue eyes her appearance was forcefully changed due to sacrificing her body to Tiamat for power. This caused quite a bit of changes to her body making her more dragon than human. As a result she has gained draconic features that she often hides magic. She stands at five foot with a very slight and slim build that hides her true strength. 
 
Skills: Ixveria due to her deal with Tiamat has a large amount of draconic features and skills. As she such she is able to fly and has the Tiamat’s immense strength. Beyond that Ixveria is greatly skilled in cooking.
 
Sacred Gear: Chaos Extella (The Star of Karma) - A draconic sacred gear containing Tiamat of the five dragon kings. Chaos extella originally takes the form of a slender draconic Claw upon the user's left hand. It has the ability to shapeshift into a long bladed form. It borrows power from someone and gives it it to the user. However after a certain amount of time it resets and the user loses the power. 
 
Magic: 
Water magic: Due to Tiamat’s influence Ixveria is skilled in water magic
Dragons wind: Due to her body being mainly dragon due to her sacrificing of her body to Tiamat she is capable of creating strong gusts of wind wind like blades. Though she is far from being able to cause Hurricanes with a flap of her wings like Tiamat is able to do. 
Illusion magic: Ixveria is able to use minor illusions and glamour to hide her draconic features she gained from sacrificing her body to Tiamat. 
Inheritor of Will: Ixveria can briefly release Tiamat’s full strength though in those situation Tiamat is often the one to take control. In this state Tiamat is able to pull of feats and skills that Ixveria isn't able to fully control like assuming a full dragon form and using a dragon’s fire. 
 
Personality: Ixveria is a very serious and strong-willed person. At first, she can be rather cold to others, but starts to show her kind and protective side after realizing they mean her no harm. She is especially driven in some matters going above what is often required, and ensure that others need not worry themselves. Ixveria tends to worry about others fairly often as a result she can be permissive to others when they wish something just going along with the flow. 
 
History: Ixveria Ingvalt originally grew up in Finland where she lived with her family for till the age of ten when her family was attacked by fallen angels in the area after her rare sacred gear. It was than that she awakened her sacred gear however due to how new she was to it she was quickly defeated. It was than that Tiamat spoke up sacrifice her body and she would grant her power to save herself and take what she wanted. Quickly accepting Ixveria due to the sudden transformation and the pain blacked out for a moment and while it stunned the fallen angels it was too late to save her parents. Going berserk upon seeing this she managed to drive the fallen angel. Though afterwards she was lost on what to do when Tiamat said that she would take care of her as her preferred hostess. Growing she often only had Tiamat as a source of affection and guidance making her a bit skewed in some senses. It was also due to Tiamat that she learned the basics of illusion magic to hide her new features. Flying to japan around the age of 14 she lived in the country often living off the stipend for a orphan and attending school trying to keep her true self hidden from others.
