[@alexfangtalon]NPCs are mostly freely allowed; we have to beef up the roster after all. HOWEVER, if you want Razorblade to win a tag team championship, I'd rather his partner be a full fledged character (most preferably another player's). That being said, you are in the green to make an NPC to be his partner if you don't wish for a title run in the future.
