Next to him are the undying souls of the King and Prince he slayed for the throne, forced into his servitude, their minds filled with vengeance and the arcane knowledge of Sorcerers from the first era. A body that has become an atrophied shell of it's former self-- legs useless and arms barely mobile-- is a symbol of how dependent upon magic and needless of sustenance Cterian has become. Some say he was human millennia ago.
Personality
Greed motivates his every move. His desire for anything and everything pushes him to extreme lengths to obtain it. Cterian can become enraged upon being defied that which he desires and his anger is fierce. While he has been known to cut deals with mortals and gods alike, every sort of deal is crafted to favor him in some sort of way.
Past
Cterian was born a bastard to a King whose name has been scratched from history. Denied any rights, forced to work as a slave, and mistreated by all who saw his brand-- the brand of a bastard child-- Cterian naturally grew to hate the king, the people, and his society as a whole. He escaped the kingdom, joined a fierce warrior tribe, became their warlord, then came for the Kingdom and all it's people upon a tide of slaughter. Destroying the kingdom lead to desiring the lands of others, which lead to a deep desire for power, and this cycle became endless. How or when he ascended to Godhood has been deliberately erased.
Strengths
Undeniable Will: Cterian has the ability to bend the wills of lesser beings to his desire. Even the dead cannot defy his will and, as such, he possesses a large army made from the skeletal remains and lingering spirits of those he had slaughtered. Arcanis sel Manig: The knowledge of this forgotten art allows Cterian to conjure blades of flame to his aid-- most often manifesting as "arrows" which impale his foes or "swords" which act upon his will to kill. The number of conjured blades increases the longer he concentrates on their power. Arcanis sel Duqor: This forgotten protective enchantment has been placed upon Cterian's mask. It sucks in the energy of any spell cast with an intent to harm Cterian, drawing it toward the mask and essentially negating it entirely. Soul of The King: The King's soul bound to him possesses the ability to blind and opponent and paralyze them in a magical field. Prolonged paralysis leads to suffocation and eventual death. Soul of The Prince: The Prince can induce hallucinations and take the ability to hear from an opponent. Hallucinations become more and more vivid as time progresses, eventually leading to outright madness or the target killing themselves.
Weaknesses
Physically Venerable: Cterian no longer wears armor. He depends upon his abilities to quickly kill anyone before getting close. While he cannot be damaged by typical mortal means, if Cterian can be damaged at all, he is venerable to Physical Attacks. King and Prince Bindings: The souls of the King and Prince can be released with the destruction of Cterian's bracers. A very powerful blow can disrupt their binding temporarily. Ancient Arcanis: This is an old school of magic. Spells in newer schools created after the 5th Era are able to strike Cterian unhindered. It seems that he was confident no one young would ever defy him.
Items for Looting
Cterian's Gilded Mask: An eerie golden mask taken from Cterian. His greedy will still lingers within it. Acts as a magnet for certain spells in the ancient Arcania house, greedily feasting upon them, and never giving their energy back. New age spells can harm the wearer unhindered, due to the original owner's overconfidence.

"Ideliene the Witch"
 [sub]"Oh dear... seem's you've died again."[/sub] Name
Ideliene the Witch
Age
Too Old
Appearance
Her skin has the pallor of death. Sickly blue veins stand out against it in eerie contrast. Though she normally keeps her eyes shut for "friendly" purposes, when they're open, one can see the vast depths of the void itself in their solid blackness-- both comforting and existentially dreadful. The hair atop her head is tied back in a bun and it is a mix of grey, pale red, and stark white. She is dressed in the ancient 1st Era regalia of a Sunstone Warlord-- Hooded Night Sabre skin cloak, thick high caster robes embroidered with her tale, and heavy armored iron boots. To further prove her past status, the cloak is decorated with all the gems and blessed metals from the era, as was customary. The cane she has is made of bone and, to the eye and touch, it appears to be more fleshy than it should be. A lantern that glows without creating shadow, is never from from her side.
Personality
Ideliene approaches people with the warmth and familiarity of a grandparent. Charm and kindness are her ways, though she is not afraid to use a stern word or steady hand to guide others. The truth, no matter how sour, will always be her first answer when asked a question. She has seen the world before, the world currently, and the world after-- to say that she is wise would be an understatement. Still, she did not earn her status as a Warlord with kindness. An underlying impatience lies beneath her words and orders, she expects things to be done swiftly and correctly. Ideliene is powerful, fierce, and can be as unforgiving as time itself. Her grudges can last a millennia and some most certainly have.
Past
For Eras Ideliene has rode the train. She's a familiar face to all that have come as a passenger, though most have passed on to the afterlife. Kindly, she tends to her passengers, answering questions until they arrive at their destination, and acting as friendly company in a world that is otherwise hollow. How she came to be a passenger on this train is a tale that Ideliene prefers kept secret-- she is the last one in existence with the knowledge of it, fortunately.
Strengths
Sunstone Warband Transmutation: Ideliene has an ancient and lost art at her disposal-- the ability to use anything and everything as a conduit for weaponry. Most of the time, the subject of transmutation is her own cane, and she is able to change it into a variety of weapons with fluidity, even while engaged in active combat. Sunstone Warrior Disposition: The effectiveness of the Sunstone warrior culture was largely in their genes. Legends about how they were the product of Gods mating with mortals are not without their validity. Even in old age they do not slow, their bodies do not break down, and their musculature does not diminish from their prime. They heal rapidly with most survivable wounds of great damage being fully healed within 72 hours. Cursed Existence: Ideliene cannot be truly killed, so long as her bond with the train exists.
Weaknesses
1st Era Magic: An inquisition during the 4th Era, largely enforced by a crazed usurper and his legions, produced a significant amount of armor and shields capable of negating the effects of magic, but only if it was produced before the 4th Era. Though widely used, most of the armors and shields are now hard to find however, there are a few lingering about.

Cursed Existence: Perhaps there is a way to break her bond with the train, which would weaken her greatly but, how could you? Monster.
Items for Looting
Cane of the Chimera Fang: A legendary myth tells the tale of a Chimera that once razed a countryside for 10 years. A Young woman tried to motivate the villagers into fighting, but they refused. She killed the Chimera on her own then dragged a massive fang through the countryside as proof. While the cane is unbreakable, it's inherit use is in the vast stores of magic lingering within, allowing the user to cast bigger and quicker spells.

Cloak of a Sunstone Warlord: Night Sabre skin is naturally resistant to all but the strongest blades and were valued for their lightness. This cloak is decorated with Sunstone Warlord gemstones and blessed metal plates, which were never truly proven to do much than inspire a sense of confidence. At least the cloak itself is durable.

Sunstone Lantern: Sunstone was the main stone which resided in large and natural deposits within the Hortramugh Dunes. Legend states that the sun itself was shattered by a great warrior god and the fragments fell to the world as mountains and boulders within the desert. It softly glows in darkness of it's own accord, is inextinguishable, and oddly cannot produce shadow, even when clearly blocked. Reflective sheets somehow allow it to be obscured, at least.
