Cool, looking forwards to things getting on the road with everyone. 

So I figure that some of the characters will already know each other and have some past relationships seeing as the town is relatively small and they run in similar scenes. 

How long ago did Óscar come to Geurchville? He been kicking around for a while or? 

Tara in particular would probably know or at least know of everyone? 

Charlie is local and doesn't exactly keep the lowest of profile, so I'd imagine he'd know most of the other 'natives'.
