Considering the range of Kiyohimes Breath and her flight she is 'faster' in some regard due to have no friction of her feet. Combine that with the fact shes a living artillery cannon due to her dragon breath. Luck would play a huge factor. Lucky for Masumune, Kyohime has terrible luck. Though Kyohime by herself is strong but its when her skill 'Flame-Coloured Kiss' Comes into play that you should get scared.
