The trio of trainers made their way down to the next park, which wasn’t all that far away since Feyhollow had quite a few of them. The different parks seemed to focus on different types of flowers; the one they were entering now featured an array of flowers from bulbs, including daffodils and tulips that had closed their petals for the night. Empty except for a few stragglers here and there, the park gave off an aura of silent and peaceful solitude, the darkness punctuated by softly glowing lamps here and there along the path. Offset against the flower patches in the park, however, the trees on the far edge — where trimmed and cut flora met its feral, untamed relative — appeared starkly darker, even ominous.

[color=gray]“Well, where first?”[/color] Leisy asked, frowning as she took in her surroundings. [color=gray]“The flowers are closed now, so unless the Cutiefly is sleeping among them, I don’t see why it’d stray into the flowerbeds.”[/color]
