I figured you got that from the wiki and it is listed under Cloud Abilities but it has never been stated in the series at any point that Skull's durability had anything to do with his the Cloud attribute and frankly wouldn't make sense if that were the case. It's just something unique about his physiology just like Lambo's lighting resistance.

Hibari with a soft side? The only thing he shares with Hibari is the distaste for crowds. He's supposed to be away more Hitman like than Hibari, living for his reputation and everything, and is nowhere as aggressive as Hibari to start with. If being loner-ish and confident already qualifies him as a carbon copy, it's hard to say what wouldn't be a carbon copy. 

As for the undead body, it is actually listed as a cloud ability in one of the translator notes for one of the volumes of the manga (in my native language, that is ) so I wasn't really sure if I should or shouldn't consider it. I guess I'll just take it out as you'd prefer for it to be an inborn characteristic.
