Hibari always repays his debts. Now he says that's because he hates being in others debts so that that's more a gray area. He also doesn't like to feel bound and restrained.

Really, maybe the bigger problem is that your playing too much to the role of the Cloud Guardian and that's what makes him too much like Hibari. All of Tsuna's Guardians seem to be the perfect or near perfect example of their Guardian roles, Hibari especially, and that makes sense since they were all similar to the original Guardians in many ways. Also, just realized this but your char has the same name as the first generation Cloud Guardian.
