I am sure Cora might summon you just to talk about.....You know THE DEVIL CAN'T BE RETURNED TO HELL KIND OF BULLSHIT Cora might not want Lucifer on earth she has heard stories of his danger.... so she be uncertain if they want to keep the devil on the surface world. But I am sure Gabriel will stop her from turning Lucifer over or something.
