"Are you saying you never had beef wellington?"

He smiles over at her.

"I think we should get started with making it."

He stands up and walks into the kitchen.  He begins preheating the oven then grabs out some puff pastry from the fridge along with the filet and the shrimp.  He cuts the filet into 4 inch steaks, slicing them lengthwise and stuffs the shrimp after cleaning them up.  He grabs out a package of mushrooms and processes it into a paste.  He smears it over the steaks and places it on the puff pastry, rolling them up and brushing them with butter.  He places them on a cookie sheet with parchment paper, tossing them in the oven a few seconds before the beeper goes off for the preheating.

"You are gonna melt for this like the filet will melt in your mouth."
