Well, the bio got a bit longer then I meant for it to, but here's my character finally!

Xander lived a mostly unremarkable life growing up, living with his elven mother and human father deep in a cottage in the woods. His father taught him to hunt and trap and his mother taught him the ways of alchemy. Unfortunately though, all good things must come to an end. His mother came down with an unknown illness that quickly sapped her of her life force, and his father, while out trying to find herbs for healing, was grievously injured by a wild animal, dying in Xander’s arms the next day. His mother shortly followed.

After burying his parents, Xander gathered his belongings and traveled to the nearest city. Starting first as an assistant to an alchemist, Xander eventually was able to save enough coin and learn enough alchemy to open his own small shop. After several years of running his shop, Xander was eventually approached by a small group of mysterious individuals. They offered him a huge amount of coin to mix a obscenely deadly poison. Though he had his misgivings, Xander agreed as he needed the coin. The next day, city guards stormed in, accused Xander of conspiracy to assassinate the King, and locked him up. It wasn’t long before he was forced on a boat headed to Hurica.
