"Texture is something you never really get used to. You will either love it or hate it. But one good thing about having it raw is that it is the most tender and the most healthy for you. Cooking it, you lose some of the nutrients." As they stand there the smell of the beef wellington starts filling the air, smelling like a roast was being made with biscuits. "I love sashimi and sushi, especially smoked salmon and spicy tuna.
