communities have sprouted and are protected from prejudice but they are looked on with disdain by others. Theres a shaky truce asking that they practice their 'powers' only within the confines of their established towns.

Elementalists are born even to non-elementalist parents. The opposite holds true though it is a rarity. Those born without an element are not treated harshly, rather they are accepted as they are. We preach peace around these parts.
