I'm worried about being OP so please let me know if I've ever lumped too many powers into his skillset. I'm limiting it to organic manipulation, and probably limiting it to his own body too (or at least to anything he can physically touch), but still, those are a lot of organs and tissues with which he can tamper. It seemed from your app that you want people to be fairly one-note with their Manifestations, although I also haven't seen the contents of the tarot deck yet, so that's moot.
