[@Bazmund] Out of curiosity, besides the airships, what technology level are we looking at here? I'm planning to have my character use a heavy crossbow and a sword, though it looks like guns are a viable option as well. 

EDIT: Actually, never mind. I think, after rereading the opening post, I should be fine. I did want to ask, however, about elves really quick. Would a half-elf character be possible?
