[@Moonlit Sonata] So would a power like...someone whose body naturally attracts magical energy like some kind of "beacon" and more easily absorbs it in the process be a better idea? 

Or perhaps a Gift that allows the wielder to manufacture magical energy in their body? (not that this will likely be an approve-able idea) or that makes them a naturally compatible conduit for magical energy somehow?
