[@Klomster] Actually that is Deliverance, Seikatsu is the one to the north that looks a bit like Australia. 

Beilokias is the one in the middle with Avem being the small country to the north. Ihathi is the country to the south of Beilokias and Shingsheng is the country to the east (the one with the broken land bridge to Beilokias). The final continent to the far east is Nadyavam.
