I'd rather the ISP free market be restored by breaking up the monopolies. They got the power they have by lobbying and forcing the government to stick their hand in the internet, and I'd much rather the internet become open without any government influence. We got to this point because of government intervention and while net neutrality is the ultimate goal, I don't think the answer to government influence is more government influence.
