I'm not sure of the numbers yet, but I'm more or less certain that we are still under 12, which shall be the limit for PCs around the beginning of the story. It's always good to start with a decent head count since drops are nearly impossible to avoid over the course of any RP, after all. Having more players mean that the story can keep on going even if one or two quit.
