He could ran pretty fast, and considered himself to do well for the running. He loved to run, just to not sit around, much. After all, his uncle said Danji used to have a serious problem where he would not stay still for just a minute. He laughed about this, while running as fast as he could. The test, was no joke though, as he was running out of stamina quite close. His problem wasn't running fast, but not snapping from exhaustion was the real issue. He did, however, make a pretty decent time. Just a few seconds, which was actually a record for him. For training he'd always check his time and how long it took him to run from point A to point B. After all, from research, wolves pushed their limits harder than a human. And he had a bit both, even though he necessarily doesn't have wolf DNA. Just, something, rather very similar and wild. It was hard to explain. The sit ups and such was sort of a problem, Danji was strong, but he couldn't hold himself up long enough like that. It was rather hard to do so. The long jump wasn't shit to Danji though, funny enough, at the time he was hungry, and came up with the idea to imagine a giant chicken in the air, and lunged rather far into air. Not higher than a building, but considerably at least higher than most others. Which made him feel rather good about himself. The grip strength, was also not that much of a problem luckily. He couldn't hold himself up, but he could hold a nasty grip, presumably helpful with the claws, as he could sink them into almost anything, at least he thought so. It soon, did start to tire himself up, and he almost fell and hit his head. Luckily, he played it off and did an accidental and half-assed backflip. A pretty lame backflip, but it was better than falling hard in front of everyone. Danji was surprised he didn't do bad. Matter of fact, he just needed to work on his situps and his gripping.
