I will make a rough character bio for my hero since I have been using The Infamous all over the site, so i pretty much already have one for the villain.

Species: Human (later is made into an angel by the Powers That Be, AKA Reality Defense Council)

This would be The Infamous (same actor, and even same character from the TV show Legion; however, this would be the first RP I use this face claim for the two characters. Before that it was Milo V from Heroes. 

I will use which ever you prefer, or even make one actor the face claim for The Infamous and another actor the model for Eli. :)
