[*]People with similar opinions are confined to civilizations with the like-minded in order to avoid controversy.
[*]Obesity is an epidemic, but larger body masses are becoming more and more "average".
[*]Reliance on technology has led to outbreaks involving addiction, carpal tunnel syndromes, poor posture, etc.
