[@GamerXZ] No problem. It says, you can get to choose two Combat Perks that are not artifact perks. And all switching of perks you rolled in the Support/Universal Perks can go to Combat if you want and they cost nothing since it says, "For Free."

And that's the perks of picking Emergency.
