[@EnterTheHero][@tobiax] Allllright, here she is! I wasn't joking about the weapon by the way. Not twice as big as she is, but still. Don't wanna get smacked with that. I think I got everything pretty much right. Do tell if there are any problems, but I need a break from the guild for a bit xD

"I swear to whatever gods are out there, if you make one 'axe' pun, you'll end up getting the 'axe'! Yes, I know. My 'axe' is great. No, you can not 'axe' me a question. Now if you're done with the lame puns, feel free to compliment me on it directly."
Name: Synneva Vollan Sex: Female Age: 22 Phenotype: Human Kingdom: Atlas Appearance: Standing at a fairly tall 5'9, and weighing in at 143lbs with some fairly well defined muscles on a lithe, but athletic frame, Synneva could be quite an intimidating person thanks to the confidence she carries herself with. The tall girl has long, bright green hair that is typically tied into a long ponytail along with matching emerald green eyes. She has a fairly pale complexion. As for what she wears, she heavily prefers to be bundled up in fairly warm clothing. Atlas isn't exactly the warmest of places to live, especially if you made frequent trips outside of the safety of the cities as she did. She can often be seen wearing a confident smirk. Personality: Confident, overly so some would say, as well as a healthy dose of seriousness and a bit of arrogance. Syn is very self-assured, and doesn't let much get to her. This of course leads her to having a hard time accepting she is wrong about something at times. Of course, she's fairly intelligent and likes to think she knows a bit about everything. Be it work, study, or practice, she tends to be very studious and playfully serious. She always will choose to finish work first then slack off/relax later and will even berate others for not doing theirs. This tends to isolate her a bit from others, unfortunately. She doesn't particularly mind, though at times she does wish she was better at the whole 'social thing'. However, there is a time and place for everything - Synneva simply likes her playtime and work time to be completely separate. If you manage to find her in a more relaxed setting where she doesn't have work or any sort of other thing she's in the middle of, she's fairly amicable, and indeed fairly friendly and 'playfully sassy could be used to describe her fairly well, if she's among people she likes or otherwise isn't busy with something. Most people don't know this about her though, since most don't take the time to get past that somewhat cool exterior. The more she gets to know people though, the more this side of her tends to be shown towards people. She tends to be a bit hard on herself, especially when it comes to her failings and will spend some time beating herself up emotionally if she doesn't succeed. During combat scenarios, she can be described as a bit of a 'shoot first, ask later' sort of personality. That's not saying she's a hothead as she has a fairly level and cool head and rarely lets herself be clouded by emotions or impatience. She simply sees no reason to hesitate and come up with some sort of complex plan, even if she is likely capable of it. Her axe was built for one thing, and one thing only - smashing Grimm's faces in. And whatever you do, never, under any circumstance make a bad axe pun in her presence. They were amusing at first, but now they're just annoying. Biography: Syn's history isn't all that special, really. She doesn't have any sort of tragic past or any sort of all that interesting past at all, really. She was born and raised in Mantle, to a family of businessmen and somewhat wealthy weapons manufacturers. From a young age, Syn had it fairly easy, though her home life wasn't exactly the best considering she wasn't really one for business or fancy things. Instead, she took greater interest in making weapons as well as using them against the Grimm. She made her first prototype axe as a simple one-handed weapon to be used with dust before even joining an academy. As soon as she was able though, she joined Sanctum Academy in Mistral. While there, Syn learned the finer details of weapons crafting. She also of course, learned the fundamentals of Aura from the academy. Needless to say, with Syn's somewhat serious nature and studious, confident tendency she managed to complete most courses fairly easily. During this course, she refined her axe to the form it has today. After passing the exams with flying colors, she went back home to Atlas, where she joined the Atlas Academy for further training. The pseudo military lifestyle seemingly suited her surprisingly well, though she was never fond of following orders completely. The skirt was also a bit grating, but eh. She could deal. For three years, she was probably the model student. Top grades, as well as any combat scores and whatnot. Many thought she was going to go into the Atlesian military as most students are pressured into doing, but she gave them quite a shock when she basically decided not to show up to a rather important meeting after getting her license. Instead, she took the first transit she could out of Atlas, and to Vacuo where she's been for a few months. Honestly, military life was a drag and she wanted nothing to do with it. Too complicated. She just wanted to smash in Grimm's faces. Aura Color: Bright Green Semblance: Time Perception Manipulation: No, it is not manipulating time. Rather, it is manipulating someones perception of time. This is a fairly effective ability, which Syn uses to great effect. It's first application, is the ability to slow down opponents perception of time so much, that everything else around them appears to be moving in super-fast motion. The affect has an effective radius of around ten meters around Syn, and those affected inside of it will view Syn as moving at super human speeds. This often gives people she spars with the misconception that her semblance is similar to some sort of 'speed', if they do not know exactly what it is. She is rather mute on the details of her semblance, though, as information about such a thing can easily be used by an opponent to find a weakness. The ability also doesn't seem to affect Grimm all that much, but there is another application which she uses in order to fight them. Additionally, anyone looking in from past the range won't have their perception skewed, and would only see her opponents having extremely bad reaction times, and those within would also view those outside moving at faster speeds than they. The second application, is for her to use it on herself and give her a 'Bullet Time' sort of effect. She can increase the speed at which she views events making everything appear to be happening much slower than it would. This has the affect of her appearing to almost have supernatural, incredibly fast reflexes and acrobatic prowess. Of course, she must be physically capable of actually doing something, such as avoiding, blocking, deflecting an attack, etc. While it doesn't slow things down much at the moment, with more time and practice it could likely allow her to have many more seconds in combat for her to think and counter an attack. She can switch between the two modes fairly easily, and make it a bit difficult for human foes to get a good grasp on her during a battle scenario. Weapon: Forseti: Melee, Ranged, Dust In its Inactive state, the weapon is surprisingly inconspicuous. The weapon's haft is entirely collapsible shortening the weapons length by at least half while the blades are able to fold downwards, making the weapon look like a medium sized metal square. She keeps it on her at all times, typically stored easily on her arm via a simple lock on one of her pauldrons. The weapon is made out of titanium while the head is made of tungesten. Like most Hunter weapons, at the press of a button it can turn into its weapon form. It's a Large, two handed battle axe. The handle is as long as she is tall, and the blades make the head of it almost as big as a human's chest. The weapon is fairly heavy, weighing it at around fifteen pounds (6.8kgs) in total, and needs quite a bit of physical strength to be able to use the weapon effectively. The weapon is fairly sharp, and can smash the face of a Grimm right in two fairly easily. The Weapon also doubles as semi-automatic shotgun. The barrel is located on the head of the axe where the blades meet after folding out when switching from its inactive state. The shotgun, like its axe base, is built purely for close range engagements with the effective range of the shotgun failing after around five meters where the bullets will scatter too much to cause any significant damage. However, if pressed right into the gut of a Grimm? Ho boy, you bet your ass they'll be feeling it. The shotgun can be repeatedly fired by pulling a simple trigger. As for dust, the weapon is designed to make use of Fire/Burn Dust. When loaded with it, the head of the Axe can heat up to high temperatures, and the pattern on the head of the axe lights up, and when swung leaves a trail of fire behind it. The weapon can then be used to trigger an explosion on whatever the axe head hits. When using the shotgun in this form, it also makes the shells explode upon impact. Unfortunately, the weapon consumes a huge amount of Dust and can only be used a limited number of times before needing reloading. Favors: Ice cream a good brawl Fun people Exotic foods Jazz music Disfavors: Axe puns Overly serious people Routine things Being ordered around. Affinities: Hit an opponent hard, and don't let them get back up. Synn isn't a fan of overly complicated strategies that don't consist more than 'whack them with her axe'. Not exactly a bad thing, when her axe can cleave a Grimm's limb off in a single stroke or blow its face off. Her attacks are typically slower than most smaller weapons, but hit incredibly hard. Against faster opponents she might struggle a bit, but that's where her Semblance, level head, and waiting for a good time to strike come in. She uses her semblance to balance out her rather obvious lack of speed when it comes to wielding a large weapon. Against human opponents, she'd switch between modes to whatever she needed too at the time. Either increase her own reaction time to give her that much needed second extra of thinking time, or slowing down her opponents perception of her movements. At times, she can appear to have great speed and almost impossible agility for a weapon of that size that she uses. Constantly having their perception skewed as well, could result in them becoming a bit confused or otherwise disoriented. Faults: The largest fault by all means, is the fact that its not a quick weapon. Any swing she misses could easily leave her open for a counter attack or other blow. There's not much she can do to rectify this, even with her Semblances help. Once someone gets wise to what her semblance actually is, it wouldn't be too difficult for an experienced person to not have any trouble with it. Additionally, the weapon is large. It's not exactly a weapon easily used in close quarters. The shotgun was added to help with that a bit, but its still not exactly an effective counter for that. Anyone with a smaller, more agile weapon could easily incapacitate her. Her semblance helps alleviate some of this but again, it's still no assured fix. Against someone who's semblance actually is speed, or could produce/see through illusions or other such similar things her ability would fall fairly flat.
