[@DracoLunaris] I'll do a write up on races and magic after I'm off work today. Short version for now is that all non-human races are relatively few in number and seen as "beastly" and inferior. But there are a wide variety of types. And magic will be a thing, yes. Difficult to cast, but not uncommon in the arena.
