I'm sorry, but I have a number of problems with this CS, not the least of which is his name is Bluu, and only Bluu; gonna need a last name, champ.

Firstly, "Serpent" is an unclear Faunus type- it could mean anything from an eel to a snake to even just any old reptile. I'll need more specificity. Secondly, as I mentioned, all of our characters are supposed to be fully-fledged Hunters, and your character never even went to a school, according to you. That's... not gonna fly. Thirdly, personal nitpick, your weapon needs more creativity than just "caestus." Have some fun with it- throw in some crazy secondary function, like a Deadshot gun or something.

As it is, I'm gonna have to say no to Bluu. For now. Make some adjustments, then we'll talk.
