[@Lexicon]The local community is mostly Tales but there are plenty of humans wandering around. Generally though humans are supposed to be kept in the dark about the existence of Tales. Breaking that rule is likely to bring down some serious heat from just about everyone. Boogie could boss around a couple of human drug dealers though.

[@Bishop]That's a good question. I mostly know the Horned King from Diseny's "The Black Cauldron" but apparently it was based off of a book series called the Chronicles of Prydain? So I don't know if the Horned King really counts as a Tale. What do you think Drag?
