I've been playing the game (again) for a few months now everyday and an idea struck me. How would a RP based on that game work ?

So there are no confusions, I'm talking about [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heroes_of_Might_and_Magic_III]3DO's HoMM 3 [/url] and not the latest...idiotic HoMMs that destroyed the series.

Do you have any ideas guys/gals ?
