[@DracoLunaris][@Etherean Fire] Frisk and Bartz might be able to, if a chocobo can jump over a 30 foot wall. But I don't know if it can. [@WingsofBronze] might be able to answer that question better. 

Also, Frisk does have a cell phone, but I'm not sure if that would work with Fox's and Samus's technology.
