[@Inner Demon][@Ryonara] Miyu is indeed not in the Angelic capital, but neither is she in the Machina capital. You could pop in, but it'd be a bit odd to explain why you suddenly felt like visiting a minor area the Angels had taken from the Machina a few years back. I'll try and find a way for Miyu to send the meteor back to the sky. She was planning on going to space anyway, and I guess the meteor will take the first test ride.
