I've started spinning up a 4th mini-server. I took it down to 3 recently to see if they could handle it, but during 200+ user peak load, it definitely slows down. Not sure exactly what it is yet, though.

I also haven't fixed all the slow queries yet since I started logging them over the weekend. One of the things I wanna fix this week.
