Eith and Lyssa made their way out of the small meeting room. Lyssa wasn’t too keen on leaving the room since it was much colder out in the hallways, but that’s what Eith was for! Immediately upon leaving, the demon scooted closer to the hound as they walked…and immediately wrapped one of her arms around the other girls shoulders. “Whaaa, Eith you’re so waarrrm~” She giggled. ”Lyssa, don’t go further than that if you value your whole body. Unless you’re keen on losing an arm.” Eith told the demon. She’d let Lyssa probably deal with Ayumi more. They were just told to keep her busy anyway. Lyssa pouted, rubbing her face against the hounds cheek. “Come ooon, it’s freezing and I’m coooollld.” Lyssa continued as they walked. ”And you won’t be cold ever again if you go further than this.” Eith was growling slightly and it would have been loud and clear to the demon attached to her face. “Sooo…this is okay then?~” Lyssa giggled impishly. Since Eith hadn’t told her to stop, Lyssa continued snuggling Eith as they walked. She was content to simply hug the girl for now as they made their way to Ayumi’s room. She was really glad the hound hadn’t forced her off or something. When the pair finally made their way to Ayumi’s room, Lyssa was the first to bound over to the door and throw it open with a bright grin. “Heeeere’s Lyssa! And Eith-uh…” Lyssa’s mouth briefly seemed to quit working as the door opened. Ayumi was hanging from the ceiling by a rope tied around her body, and was bound fairly tightly. She titled her head towards the two of them with obvious amusement. “Wooow, Ayumi, already got yourself all ready for me.” Lyssa giggled. “Oh you know, I aim to please in all number of ways.” Ayumi replied with a smirk. “So lemme guess, Dawa asked you to find the spirit that might be possessing someone.” Ayumi’s rather precarious position sent a few red flags up in Lyssa’s head despite her giggles. She figured Ayumi was skilled, but how did she tie herself up like that? She’d have needed help, wouldn’t she? ”This is good. We can leave her like that and she can’t touch us. The Shellagh said with a tone of relief. “Let us continue on like this Lyssa.” Lyssa giggled, walking into the room and shutting the door behind them. Taking a quick look around the room showed that the area wasn’t too much unlike the other areas of the room, though a number of decorative masks depicting various creatures adorned the walls. A simple bed, a few dressers and a desk with some writing utensils and ink were about as much furniture as the room had. Oh, it was also much warmer than it was outside, which the demon was thankful for. “So, what should we know about this spirit?” Lyssa asked the ninja. “Aside from the fact I’m pretty sure it’s 100% possessing someone? Hrm, lets see…” Ayumi hummed to herself for a few seconds before continuing. “Well, not much. I’m not sure who it could be possessing or how exactly to detect it without forcibly trying to exorcise them. Might be the best solution, actually.” Ayumi would have shrugged, if her arms weren’t tied behind her back. “If I had to hazard a guess though, it’d probably be Kouze. I mean, she’s like a sister to me in a lot of aspects and I don’t want to point fingers, but…well, It was my bad with the whole fighting thing. I know, but Kouze didn’t exactly give us much of a choice. She didn’t even try talking. Not that we uh, did that either, but eh~” She chuckled sheepishly. “We grew up together and I was always the one getting on her nerves, ya know?” She chuckled. “But hey, someone always had to make her have a bit of fun. She’s got no concept of it whatsoever.” ”I don’t think you know much about having fun either.” Eith added, looking at the way Ayumi was tied up. ”Why say Staff-Woman is the target?” Eith asked. To her Ayumi gave no real reason. “Waaah? I’m tons of fun!” Ayumi said with a pout. “But as for why…I can’t really give you a solid answer. If I had to say though, likely because of the power it could have. Kouze has pretty heavy sway over Lady Dawa, as well as everyone else in the temple. She’s a good sort and people trust her.” Most thought was really beyond her grasp. Eith tried to think, but she really couldn't put together a real reason it could be Staff-woman. To be fair, she couldn't put reasons behind anyone being it. Lyssa hummed quietly to herself. It made sense, at least. But then, there was also the chance Ayumi was just telling them that to take suspicion off herself. Her mama taught her better than to blindly trust people, after all! Even if she wanted too, it was rather silly to do that, especially in a situation like this. The demon tilted her head to the side in a somewhat innocent manner as she replied. “Aren’t you the same, though?” Lyssa replied. “Eeeh? Accusing meee? And here I thought we were friends, pinky!” Ayumi chuckled. “Not gonna lie, yea, Dawa practically raised me. Trust from the others though? Pfft, I go around stealing their underpants for giggles. Kouze gets really embarrassed about it. It’s hilarious.” Lyssa giggled at the thought. “Eeeeh, I dunno, all this is making my head huuuurt.” The demon grumbled, holding the side of her head with her hands. Honestly, Lyssa knew they pretty much had accomplished nothing with this talk, really. Sure, Ayumi said Kouze could be it and she wanted to believe her, but…it was just words. The demon frowned, puffing out her cheeks as she pouted slightly. She liked Ayumi, she didn’t want to accuse her of anything or believe she lied. This was difficult and somewhat annoying. “I don’t think we’re gonna get anything else, Eith…” Not like this, at least. “Aaaah, I’m gonna head back to the tea room, curl up in a ball and go back to doing adorable demon things.” Maybe she’d take a bit of a nap so she could do some stealthy ninja stuff of her own tonight… “Alright, see both of you later. If you wanna stay and torture me some, hound, you caaaan~” Ayumi grinned at Eith. “Ooootherwise, I’ll be hanging out here, heh” Eith scoffed at the ninja and left the room without a second look. “Tsk.” Ayumi clicked her tongue in a dissatisfied manner before a small grin spread across her face. “For someone so warm you’re awfully cold. Makes me all tingly, hehe~” Lyssa giggled a bit, but quickly followed after Eith, leaving the ninja to her own morally grey devices. The two demons left the room and returned to the Tea room and waited for the others.
