Do we get to decide what monsters we turn into, or will you assign us beasts? Will they fit the character?

EDIT: There are considerable gaps in the OOC post - I thought it was my phone playing up but no, some zones don't exist yet and there isn't any info on a lot of the beasts. I'm not too sure how to make a CS out of the information given. At the very least, could you explain what Abominations and Acolytes are?
