[@vietmyke] Sounds ok to me. In that case, give him a few points in the ol' espionage too, since most people affiliated with the IRIO are at least sort-of spies. I was actually planning on having the ship be something like a skiff, built for running errands for the IRIO in the Upper Luft, and having it be crewed entirely by our PCs, so if he's part of its crew he's probably part of the IRIO too.
