[@vietmyke] There are many types of IRIO agent. Sam's no spy, that's true, but he would do well as support staff for the rest of the IRIO - such as, flying their ships, maintaining their ships, operating safehouses etc. Daniel is not really a spy either, he fulfills a tactical role for the IRIO - but if you'd like Sam to be a part of the IRIO crew before the RP begins, that is entirely your prerogative. I trust your skill enough to make it convincing.
