Hey, [@Gunther] just noticed that your SMG is labeled as both "Displacement" and "Gas Operated". Displacement weapons aren't projectile weapons, they essentially release a bolt of pure kinetic energy that expands on impact. Sure, it's fictional technology, but the difference is that Displacement weapons have zero penetrative capability, while projectiles, by their very nature, are penetrative weapons.
