Leo
Location: Cedar Ash Inn
Interacting with: Alexis [@Legion02], Callie [@Caits], Magnus [@BlackPanther]

"I wish you'd let me give you something, for bad dreams." Leo's shoulders tensed, clearly apparent due to the fact that he wore a tank top, at Callie's comment. It always pained him to hear that mournful tone, that depressed note, in Callie's voice. His head fell a little as he busied himself with filling a couple of glasses of orange juice. The visions were nothing new, however every time Callie picked up on the fact that Leo had experienced a particularly bad episode, the Warlock felt as if he had hurt her in some way. Rationally, he knew it was ridiculous. The visions were a part of his spell set, and they often provided useful information into current or future events; they had even proved useful enough to save lives a couple of times. But nonetheless, he felt as if he had done something wrong, something to hurt Callie. "Who said I slept?" Callie switched topics, most likely picking up on his shift in posture and demeanor. "The night was dark, and full of terrors. Easier to beat away awake, then suffer visions while I slept." A moment of silence hung in the air, filled only by the gentle sluicing of orange juice flowing into a glass. ”Leo…” She said softly, ”I’m scared. There’s something coming.” Leo knew exactly what she meant. The visions, the vicious apparitions, the brutal familiarity of the wolf... The entire situation made Leo uneasy, giving him a deep dense of wrong that permeated to his very bones. ”Will you come with me, when I speak with Zoe?” "Absolutely, Callie. I need to tell you two about something." Leo abruptly cut his words off as a shirtless Magnus entered the room, obviously disgruntled and grumpy. For a moment, Leo's mind was distracted as a gentle rush of blood filled his cheeks and a small smirk crept onto his lips as he quietly observed the druid. His downcast head disguised observant eyes as he watched the Druid prepare his morning concoction, oblivious to his audience. A brief flash of the vision he had experienced last night of Magnus in his room flitted through Leo's brain, causing his cheeks to blush ever so slightly, however his darker skin disguised it well. A shared look between the Coven members brought Leo back to reality as the pair non verbally ended their conversation. ”Good morning, Magnus Did you sleep well?” Callie made polite small talk, fulfilling her duties as a host quite amiably. As she spoke and Magnus made disgruntled noises in response, Leo pulled strawberries from the fridge and began chopping them into quarters, reviewing the past night. The deep, inset feeling of discomfort was still there, gnawing away at his insides like a parasite. There was something too... familiar about the entire attack. It wasn't the wolf, it wasn't the teens, or the woods, or the scents, or the viewpoint... But it was something that Leo had encountered before, something he could never forget but not quite remember. Alexis awkward entrance into the kitchen disrupted Leo's reflection, eliciting a warm smile from the man. "Morning, Alexis." As Callie mentioned rides, Leo took note of he many things he had to do that day. Visit the crime scene, check on the new pack to make sure the turning process was proceeding without issue, speak with Zoe, maybe even talk to Magnus about his role, and that of the Coven's, in Klamath Falls moving forward. He knew it was likely that Magnus would become the packs full time Druid, but the Coven's future remained a mystery. Leo figured that they would pick up a few stray pups here or there, give them a place to stay, teach them about what what's and how to go about their newfound supernaturality. More than likely, the two other creatures that Leo had seen in his dream, but couldn't quite place their species, would end up walking through Callie's door. His thoughts returned to the present as he dumped the strawberries in the bowl and glanced over at Alexis. "Friday's a school day for you, right, Alexis? I can give you a lift if you need it; I'm heading into town anyway for some other business." Leo realized that a girl her age would probably be very opposed to a strange man she had met the night before giving her a ride, especially a man who had turned blood to ice in front of her and cast many spells in her presence, so he decided to justify the suggestion. "Callie has a few other things she needs to attend to this morning, plus a truckload of sleep to catch up on." Leo shot a playfully accusatory look over at the Witch before continuing. "But, then again, if you were so inclined as to walk ten miles to school, I guess I could forgive you." Leo winked and flashed a smirk at her as he sat down next across from Magnus with his bowl of fruit, sliding the second glass of orange juice to Alexis as he snagged a strip of bacon off of Magnus' plate. The Warlock popped the food in his mouth and casually glanced at Magnus before pulling his phone out of his pocket and checking his texts.
