I wasn't sure how long I have been unconscious for, but for a while now I do know this. I was completely unaware of anything. I felt nothing, smelt nothing and I couldn't hear a thing other my voice in the back of head. I didn't even dream. All I saw was pure darkness. Slowly but surely my senses were starting to return. My numb body was starting to gain feeling again. Underneath me is a cold hard surface. The coldness sent a chill through my body but I wasn't able to do much about. Despite being able to feel I oddly enough couldn't move. Expect for a finger or two. I also noticed how stiff and sore I was. Either it was from being hit by a car or laying still for too long. It is possible my soreness is coming from both reasons. My hearing and sense of smell also began to work again. The area I am in smelt musty and stale. I can hear a light wind blowing through a tight window or air way, once in a while there be a soft whistling sound has the wind pushed through. The wind wasn't the only thing I was hearing. A shuffling sound. As if somebody was moving around quietly but loud enough to be heard. Knowing that there is another person besides me I could feel myself starting to stir awake. My eyes were in complete shock after spending a long while seeing the back of my eyelids then seeing light again. Blinding my vision. I blinked a few times until my eyes adjusted. Things were still a bit hazy. But at least I am awake now. For if I would have stayed the way I was I probably wouldn't have woken up at all or at least not for a little longer while anyway. I just hope who ever is nearby is a friendly and not an unfriendly. Fingers crossed!... well I wish that I could cross my fingers. My body has yet to become fully mobile. So I'll be holding my breath then.
