I didn't intend for that list to be exhaustive, and mentioned below it that you could request whatever race you wanted. In fact I was probably going to come up with a few more to add today. If you'd like to make your character into a different race, there's definitely still time to do that. Still waiting on a few people to finish CSes or send them in, after all.
