Kalinda had to hold back laughter. "Your forms off, and you don't throw the ball down the lane" She said, picking up a ball, finding it just right for her, "You hold it, thumb, middle finger and ring finger in the holes, your other hand supporting it" She demonstrated " stand with your back straight, your shoulders centered squarely towards your target, and your knees slightly bent. Your ball arm should hand straight down by your side. Then when going for a shot, you maintain a straight forward, non-twisting approach of your body, as your ball and hand position should be held relatively the same -- underneath and behind the ball during the swing. Swing your ball arm smoothly back and then forward to release the ball. Release the ball with your arm has moved as far forward as it can go" She demonstrated, but didn't let the ball go, "See, that way you aren't throwing it and getting a bounce on the ball" She felt herself blush, "And I just sounded like a text book"
