Prim: stiffly formal and respectable; formal, stuffy, strait-laced, prudish

Proper: truly what something is said or regarded to be; genuine; real, genuine, actual, true

Polite: having or showing behavior that is respectful and considerate of other people; well mannered, civil, courteous

The Keystones have been all these things in spades. Extending room and board, transportation, services, etc. Now nice is a completely different story. LOL
