Before I finish, two questions!

First. Uh. Hyuuga is capable of using elemental ninjutsu? I added 'em, but now that I think of it, I'm unsure. I don't remember any Hyuga using 'em in the anime or manga.

And. What is the place of a missing-nin in this RP? I don't want to have the character... y'know, just hanging, doing nothing!
