Jacholaus, hearing Vater Tod ask for attention, turned his attention to the podium, where he was. He then listened to his announcement. Two days for him to find a Meister? That was plenty in his opinion. He could already see some people gravitating towards him even before the Principal started his speech. Though, they had strange looks in their eyes. Jacholaus figured they were after his wealth, since the first question they asked was, "How rich are you?" Well, that was, of course, after his name. Jacholaus sighed internally. He thought people should be better than that. Even though he'd been rich and spoiled all of his life, he knew that money was a material. Just like anything else. Some things, like partnership, shouldn't have to be bought. And it irritated Jacholaus that the nerve of some people had was to try and go after his wealth. Jacholaus turned down the obvious gold-diggers and went elsewhere. A few moments later, Jacholaus spotted the girl from earlier, who'd went off about a witch being allowed, standing silently. She looked lonely to him. Jacholaus, wanting to make her a bit happier, walked into her general direction and went towards her. He did not see the male who stared at her. He instead walked over to the girl who was in solitude, wanting to start a conversation or at least make her day a bit easier. He didn't know what was wrong. Maybe it was all of the stress of such a big day. Or maybe the witch being allowed was still bothering her. Though, it could have been something else. He finally approached the girl. He raised his hand and waved it at her. "Hey," he said. "You seemed lonely. Don't you want some company?"
