After a while and if you need to temporary ban someone else beyond your 5, you can always remove one of the banned members that has left you alone for a while. By that point they've probably vented enough or moved on to other projects. If there is ever a point where you feel that what you are doing is yielding no results then you are free to contact one of the moderators for advice and assistance.

Edit: Checking, I believe a mod can go beyond 5, so yes. If you have persistent problems, we are able to assist.
