It was a weapon commonly used by guardsman for high ranking Casters during medieval times. He is an incredibly skilled fighter, surprising many by his plain appearance. His weakness however lies in his lack of power without a weapon, other than his unarmed fighting, which is more used for restraint, and that he lacks any grand skills beyond combat.[/indent]

[indent]A very plain individual, with no real standout personality. He very proud and dedicated to his job, doing it with a straight face. No fear, pleasure, or anger, although occasionally loses this casual persona in extreme situations. He lacks any real dedication or commitment to much else that isn't his job. Despite all this, he is described as friendly by his coworkers, "not a bad person, just very odd and a bit eccentric with a slight difficulty in holding conversations."[/indent]

[indent]Riley, better known by his nickname based on his last name "New Guy" was always the weakest person in his class. Tiring out from short runs, treading water in the pool, bullied for his weak appearance, and easily left behind by others. It wasn't until the age of 16,  that he got his brand. From here, he grew stronger physically, focusing on becoming strong, so he may protect his city. He learned slowly, but through 6 years of training in a specialized weapon, he grew into the Special Class he is today[/indent]

[indent]When unarmed, he fights with a overseas fighting style known as "Cornered Hare Style." It is a fighting style revolving around light strikes and retraining attacks using water, followed up with heavy blows against the restrained target. A form used by law enforcement overseas. While strong against humans and quick moving individuals, it lacks strength against larger targets or things that can't be restrained.[/indent]
