His lack of magic would seemingly make him weak compared to other Casters, with the use of certain potions, he can fortify his own physical durability to be close to the durability of your average Caster.
Faction:
Kokothan Brewer's League
Personality:
Gossick is typically softspoken and somewhat airheaded. Curious of the world around him and what he can make of it, he holds a high value of his work and himself. He has a dislike for factions such as the Drekka and the White Teeth, as he views their methods of gaining profit as unfair and depraved, especially the Drekka, because of their hand in the murder of his father. Has no negative feelings for most other factions or people. Despite lacking any magic, he seeks to be on level with Casters and the like.
Background:
The son of a famous brewer in the city of Pitchpoint, Kokotha, he was raised and trained in the art of potion brewing by his father, as well as a bit of tinkering from some of the townsfolk. His father began to gain some fame. However, this fame had been stealing attention away from another group that had recently set up business in the city; the enigmatic faction of brewers, known as the Drekka. Coming to him with promises of profit and power, if he were to join them, his father refused the offer. The Drekka didn't respond kindly; willing to maintain their newfound control over the city in anyway, they attacked the brewer's home at night. Torching the place with firebombs. Gossick, hid away in a secure basement by the orders of his father, survived the attack. With his home and only family lost at such a young age, the young boy attempted to build his own business from the ground up elsewhere, without having to cheat his way into things
Other:
Gossick was born with CIPA (cogenital insensitivity to pain). He is unable to feel physical pain or extreme temperatures. He considers this to be more of a drawback than a benifit, as it causes him to accidentally hurt himself without knowing it.
