Jack was looking at her "That would sound likely, He always claims he is fine and doesn't need sleep." he knew that the Doctor did need sleep now and then. Whether it was less than humans or not the Doctor still needed sleep.

The Doctor was sleeping and he started having bad dreams. He was sweating and moaning in his sleep. He couldn't seem to relax for very long in his sleep.

"Sounds like he is having bad dreams." JAck replied.
